Registered Nutritional Therapist
For over 20 years I dealt at various times with chronic fatigue, constant infections, allergies, food intolerances, digestive problems, “brain fog”, anxiety, low mood, poor concentration, insomnia, chemical sensitivity and musculoskeletal pain. I had no exercise tolerance whatsoever.

My vision was to regain my health and become strong and fit again and I pursued this goal with relentless determination. Combining my analytical skills with my real life experience of health struggle I made it my mission to understand how the human body works, beyond drugs to cover up symptoms.

Bit by bit, step by step over several years I fully regained my health and fitness. Today I have a busy lifestyle and I am more physically active than I ever thought possible. I feel vastly better in my 40's than I ever did in my 20's or 30's.

Before I became formally qualified in this field I researched nutritional biochemistry constantly in my spare time. I have likely experimented on myself with every natural therapy, dietary strategy and nutritional supplement imaginable, so I know how much of a minefield it can be choosing the right path, first to better health and later to better fitness and sport performance.

I believe that my profound personal experience of entirely turning my health around, backed by deep subject knowledge places me in a unique position to understand and help you navigate your journey to optimal health and physical performance.
